Our Services are designed to make it fast and easy to secure the fruits of your creativity, in the form of a real (mainnet) NFT (Non-Fungible Token) that gives you a dated time stamp and proof of ownership, that cannot be copied, altered or hacked.

To make this possible, we store, process, and transmit only the information required to execute your NFT, and any of Our related Services, such as, but not limited to promoting your NFT. This information may include your profile information, size of the file, NFT details, authorship, date and time stamp. Our Services also provide you with different options for sharing your creative genius.

USAGE INFORMATION

We do NOT collect your usage data (we're not tracking how you use the app).

DEVICE INFORMATION

We do NOT collect your device information. This includes not collecting your IP addresses, the type of browser or the type of device you use. We also do NOT use cookies, or pixel tags (i.e. Facebook and Google tracking). Simply put, we respect your privacy.

MARKETING

Users who receive marketing materials can opt out at any time. If you do not want to receive marketing materials from us, simply click the ‘unsubscribe’ link in any email.

We do NOT process your personal data. We do process uploaded text for similarity matching and distribution to minimize validation times.

We will contact you via email if your quote has been chosen for public display and, promotion on social media. If you wish to opt-out of promotion of your quote(s), you can do so in your Account Profile accessed through the Settings page.

When you sign up for an account Iconic Apps, we retain the information you store on Our Services for as long as your account is in existence, or as long as we need it to provide you Our Services.
